New Chief Financial Officer To Oversee Financial Activities
January 26, 2015 // Franchising.com // WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Restaurant franchise Hurricane Grill & Wings, announced today that Fred T. Grant will be joining the executive team as Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial functions for the company.
Grant brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and investment management, and will spearhead Hurricane Grill & Wings efforts in employing the most effective tactics to accelerate the restaurant’s rapid growth plans. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Perkins & Marie Callender’s Inc. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Café Enterprises, Inc., where he implemented several cost-saving measures that saved almost $500 million in cash over a three-year period. His first restaurant CFO experience was at Ryan’s Restaurant Group, where he helped grow the Ryan’s brand from 100 units to 350 units.
